Advertising in the Folk Orbit

• Festivals adverts: Cost of a single Festival for up to a 12 month period is £20 in total.
• All other adverts: Cost of a single advert for a 12 month period is £20 in total.
• Advert Artwork size: maximum width 20cm x maximum height 14cm
• Hyperlink: The advert artwork will be linked to your own website at no extra cost.
• Send your artwork as a .jpg or .gif via an attached email to folkorbit@yahoo.co.uk
• Advert position: Your artwork will be placed onto the appropriate webpage of your choice. 
  - Music Clubs (Monday to Sunday)
  - Dance Clubs
  - Concert Venues
  - Festivals
  - Bands & Links (numerous categories)
• Changes: It is understood that changes may need to be made to your advert as the months go by. There is no extra charge for this.
• Invoice: You will only be invoiced when you are happy with its positioning etc. on our website.
• Payment: We will email you an invoice to be paid by Paypal or Cheque.
  
  If paying by Paypal: you will need a Paypal account and click your 'Send Money' Tab. Enter the email address folkorbit@yahoo.co.uk, enter payment, select Services. Please note: if your Paypal payment is made through a Credit card there will be a small charge made by Paypal.
  
  If Paying by Cheque : Please make the cheque payable to The Folk Orbit and sent to the above address
• Receipt: A receipt will be returned on payment.
